It was the day that the Bath Christmas market opened, that I visited Bath city. So, after dropping off my bags, I made my way over to the market meandering along the way to explore Parade Gardens.

The area around the Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths was bustling with the market goers and there was a very festive atmosphere, as I browsed through some of the 173 stalls at the market this year.
Hope you enjoyed a lovely Christmas with your family!

Bath must be very nice around Christmas! Visited in the fall, and it was still very lovely. #wkendtravelinspiration

Bath was certainly beautiful during the Christmas season. Would love to visit it in autumn or summer, especially Prior park, which was not open on a weekday during winter.

Next time, if I get the opportunity to revisit Bath, I will be visiting in summer as I would like to explore the parks and outdoor events better.

We spent a few days in Bath last summer. I bet it was so festive with the Christmas market. I’ve never visited a Christmas market and think that Bath would be a great place to do a little shopping.

The Bath christmas is the one I liked best of the few christmas markets I have been to in England. It had a very festive atmosphere, with the area around the old Abbey filled with lots of handcraft, food and drink stalls as well as live music. You would love it, Michele.
